    SANYU TIG AC DC series pulse welding machine is a rectifier designed with advanced inverter technology.

    The appearance of inverter arc welding equipment benefits from the theory of inverter power supply and the appearance of devices. The inverter arc welding power supply uses IGBT module of high-power device to convert 50 / 60Hz power frequency to high frequency (such as 20kHz and above), then reduces voltage and rectifies, and outputs high-power DC source through PWM technology. The weight and volume of main transformer are greatly reduced, and the efficiency is increased by more than 30%. The appearance of inverter welding machine is known as a revolution of welding machine industry by experts.

   TIG315 / 400 / 500 is a dual-purpose machine integrating DC pulse argon arc welding and AC argon arc welding. Its biggest feature is that one machine is multi-purpose and can be used for welding various kinds of metals without replacing the machine. DC pulse argon arc welding can achieve high quality welding of sheet metal, dissimilar metal, different sheet thickness and double-sided forming process.
