DN series spot welders are new developed products of Shanghai SANYU Industry Co., Ltd. They are necessary equipment for sheet welding of case, cabinet, guard door/ window against theft, steel furniture, stainless steel products, kitchen equipment and air condition equipment. 1. Features:
1) The main transformer of DN series spot welder is made of imported cold rolled silicon steel, thus the transformer is less power loss and low no-load current.
2) DN series spot welder adopts pivoting arm, pedal, spring press structure, easy to operate and maintain. The appearance of series welder adopts box structure in graceful form, durable and cheap.
3) In main circuit of DN series spot welder adopts thyristors as non-contactor switch, quick switch off and reliable. Welding time can be controlled and adjusted precisely, good welding repeatability, easy to maintenance, can realize high quality weld.
2.Applications :
DN series spot welders are widely used for welding structure instead of rivet and bolt connections, make the simple punching press pieces form a complex part by spot welding, used in a great quantity for welding medium, low carbon steel sheet, wire, stainless steel sheet. If fine regulate the welding time and current, the welder also can be used for spot welding some non-ferrous metal.
