TIG Series Welding Machine with Pulse AC/DC
This advanced welding machine incorporates cutting-edge IGBT high-frequency inverter technology, ensuring robust power performance.
It seamlessly supports 3-phase 380V and single-phase 220V power input. Post rectification, the IGBT-based
transformer converts the power to high-frequency AC, ensuring efficient and stable output.
The high-frequency AC electricity, after being stepped down by the transformer,
is rectified and filtered, providing a consistent DC current suitable for welding. Alternatively, the secondary
inverter allows adjustment of AC-wave current from 50 to 150 Hz, catering to
manual arc welding, DC constant current argon arc welding, DC pulse argon arc welding, AC constant current
argon arc welding, and AC pulse argon arc welding, making it ideal for welding carbon steel, copper,
titanium, aluminum, aluminum-magnesium alloy, and a variety of other materials. This
machine enhances dynamic response, significantly reducing the size and weight of the
transformer and reactor, thereby boosting overall efficiency.
