2. Technical Description
2.1 Environment
* Working temperature: -10ºC~40ºC.
* Transportation and storage temperature: -25ºC~55ºC.
* Relative air humidity: 40ºC≤50%; 20ºC≤90%.
* Ambient air must have low levels of dust, acids, corrosive gases, and substances, except those originating from the welding process.
* Altitude should be less than 1km.
* Maintain adequate ventilation with a 50cm clearance around the unit.
* Ensure it is placed where wind speed does not drop below 1m/s.
2.2 Input Power
* Power supply waveform should be a sine wave, with frequency fluctuations less than ±1% of its rating.
* Input voltage fluctuations must not exceed ±10% of the rated value.
2.3 Equipment Principle

Rectifier → Filter → IGBT → Transformer → Rectifier → Choke
2.4 Equipment Structure
The MMA Inverter DC MMA Welder features a portable cabinet structure. The upper part of the front panel is equipped with a welding current adjustment knob, power indicator (green), and abnormal indicator (yellow). The output terminal includes quick connectors for both '+' and '-'. The back panel includes a power switch, motor fan, and input power cable. Internally, the unit comprises a PCB main board, electronic components,radiator, and more.

4. Transportation and Storage
* This premier indoor equipment requires protection from rain and snow during transport and storage. Handle with utmost care, especially noting any warning labels. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area free from corrosive gases and dust. Maintain a temperature range between -25ºC to 55ºC with relative humidity below 90%.
* For extended storage, repackage the machine according to the original packaging requirements. Prior to storage, ensure the machine is cleaned and sealed in plastic bags to maintain its pristine condition.
* Preserve the integrity of cartons and shock blocks for proper long-distance transportation. For such transport, retrofit with a wooden case and clearly mark with 'up' or 'rain' symbols to ensure safe handling.
5. Quality Warranty
If the machine is operated in accordance with the manual's regulations,and complies with the installation, storage, usage, and maintenance guidelines,the manufacturer will provide complimentary services to userswithin 12 months from the date of purchase (based on the invoice date).
