2.Technical Description
2.1 Environment
* Operating temperature: -10ºC to 40ºC.
* Transportation and storage temperature: -25ºC to 55ºC.
* Relative air humidity: ≤50% at 40ºC; ≤90% at 20ºC.
* Ambient air must have low levels of dust, acids, and corrosive gases, except those from welding processes.
* Altitude must be less than 1 kilometer.
* Ensure good ventilation with at least 50cm clearance around the unit.
* Position in an area where wind speed is no less than 1 meter per second.
2.2 Input Power
* Power supply waveform should be sine wave with frequency fluctuations within ±1% of its rating.
* Input voltage fluctuations must be within ±10% of the rated value.
2.3 Equipment Principle

2.4 Equipment Structure
The MMA Inverter DC MMA Welder is designed with a portable cabinet structure. The front panel features a welding current adjustment knob, green power indicator, and yellow abnormal indicator. The output terminals are equipped with quick connectors for both '+' and '-'. The back panel includes the power switch, motor fan, and input power cable. Inside, the machine houses the main PCB board, electronic components, and radiator.radiator etc.

4. Transportation and Storage
* This state-of-the-art indoor machine requires diligent care during transportation and storage to avoid damage from rain, snow, or other harsh elements. Pay extra attention to the warning labels during loading and unloading processes. Ensure the storage warehouse is dry, with excellent air circulation, and free from corrosive gases or dust. The optimal temperature range is -25ºC to 55ºC with relative humidity below 90%.
* If extended storage is necessary post-unpacking, repack the product following the original packaging requirements. Prior to storage, always clean the machine and seal it meticulously with plastic bags.
* Users should maintain the integrity of the cartons and shock blocks for effective packaging, especially for long-distance transportation. For such cases, reinforce the packaging with a sturdy wooden case and clearly mark it with 'up' or 'rain' symbols to ensure safe handling.
