TIG Series Welding Machine With Pulse AC DC
The welding machine employs cutting-edge IGBT high-frequency inverter technology, ensuring superior power frequency.
With versatile power input options, it supports 3-phase 380V and single-phase 220V. After direct rectification, the innovative inverter, consisting of IGBT and
other advanced components, transforms the current into high-frequency AC. The high-frequency AC electricity is then expertly reduced by a high-frequency transformer.
The inverter's output is reduced in voltage by the high-frequency transformer. After the high-frequency
rectifier processes the current, the result is a DC current perfect for precise welding applications, or an AC-wave current adjustable from 50 to 150 Hz via the secondary inverter.
This machine supports various welding processes: manual arc welding, DC constant current argon arc welding, DC pulse argon arc welding, AC constant current
argon arc welding, and AC pulse argon arc welding. It's adept at welding carbon steel, copper, titanium, aluminum, aluminum-magnesium alloys, and other materials.
