DTN Series Spot Welding Machine Pnuematic Resistance Welder
DTN series are spot, projection dual function welders, they are self-developed spot/ projection welders those have combined the features of welders domestic and abroad. The welders adopt pneumatic-electric coalition, may program control the welding process. The series welders are used for welding low carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum plate.
1.The frame of welder is welded from forming steel plate, has the advantages of high rigidity, simple structure, compact, good stability and light weight.
2.The welder is composed of frame, vertical press cylinder, electrodes, resistance welding transformer, cooling system and microprocessor based controller.
3.The welder is controlled by TCW-32 microprocessor based controller.
1.Pedal-level type spring-pressing structure makes the machine easy to operate and convenient maintain;
2.Thyristor controlled turn on/off electric circuit ensure the machine be turned off quickly and be more reliable;
3.Welding time can be adjusted based on actual needs,and us a result,the welding also can be well repeated;
4.Widely used for welding of low carbon steel;wire stainless steel plate etc.
