DTN Series Spot Welding Machine Resistor Welder
DN series are spot welders and D(T)N series are spot, projection dual function welders, they are self-developed spot/ projection welders those have combined the features of welders domestic and abroad. The welders adopt pneumatic-electric coalition, may program control the welding process. The series welders are used for welding low carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum plate
1.The frame of welder is welded from forming steel plate, has the advantages of high rigidity, simple structure, compact, good stability and light weight.
2.The welder is composed of frame, vertical press cylinder, electrodes, resistance welding transformer, cooling system and microprocessor based controller.
3.The welder is controlled by TCW-32 microprocessor based controller, has the
functions as follows:
(1) The time of pre-squeeze, squeeze, current off, hold, off, pre-heat, weld, temple, forging can be adjusted in the range of 0~250 cycle (0~5s).
(2) Auto current compensation (ACC) function: means constant current control. When secondary impedance variation ±15%,output current variation ≤ ±2% ; when variation of mains voltage +15%~-25% of rated value, output current variation ≤ ±2%, thus ensure the welding quality.
(3) Count function: has the count function for welding quantity statistic. With this function understand the work efficiency easily.
(4) Current display function: can display the primary working current actual value or permillage of rated current (can be exchanged each other).
(5) Many programs can be stored for recall.
